A minor glimpse into the release client

I'm sure PSO2 will get a US version some time this century. Meanwhile there is a patch and this is the forum where you can discuss it and get help with issues.

Why is the barrel part of Spread Needle blue instead of yellow, I wonder...

So they can release a yellow and red version down the line.

Looks like they're trying to make up for the closure of PSU by re-releasing a whole bunch of weapons and outfits from it. Not that I'm complaining or anything, I'd like to see the Natsume Replica make a return at some point along with a few choice weapons. Looking at all the previous Claw/Twin Claw weapons being turned into wired lances is rather disheartening though. I can only imagine how ridiculous the Twin Falclaws will look being whipped around like that.

Glad to see the return of the real Girasole again, and without PSU's horrid yellow photon bloom effect this time too.

I'm still sore about Daylight Scar and Gudda Skela being turned into vendor trash wire lances. ESPECIALLY since we now have twin daggers and knuckles as weapon types.

Don't imagine! You can already see the ridiculousness of it here.

Along with other weapons... HUmar seems to be using a Ely Sion.

1010030 is Ely Sion, so that seems likely.

Base, modified stats as of the most recent update. As you can see, HU/RA/FO still have broken level 51-100 stats (although FI/GU/TE seem okay), 51-100 exp is still placeholder (numbers are too round), and 41-50 looks like an utter nightmare. Just to note, the experience values are the total required for the next level--to get the displayed values, subtract the previous level.

I doubt those EXP values will stick. Needing to triple your total EXP count to get from 40 to 41? That won't stand.

Keep in mind that we're are also getting vhard, which will surely come with a bunch of new COs, some of which very well could get into the hundreds of thousands for EXP rewards.

...not that that excuses what will probably be a lot of really poorly-paced grinding.
