4 files had wrong CRC.
Here's log:

The CRCs of your wrong SEGA files all match the CRC's of the patch so you forgot to replace some files:
FILE: 30e95d9651f0c818e3c7638dd34538e9 | SEGA CRC: 551A7ADF [wrong crc:37618A70 ] | PATCH CRC: 37618A70 [crc match: 37618A70]
FILE: 7db9bc24e2a9344a95faf454690b34ac | SEGA CRC: 0071A455 [wrong crc:07DADE96 ] | PATCH CRC: 07DADE96 [crc match: 07DADE96]
FILE: 813edae17129a71743e318712f896cc9 | SEGA CRC: 82848310 [wrong crc:7B4653A3 ] | PATCH CRC: 7B4653A3 [crc match: 7B4653A3]
FILE: a00c1a901abbf5e2357838a3591b8928 | SEGA CRC: 70BD7504 [wrong crc:B014B2CD ] | PATCH CRC: B014B2CD [crc match: B014B2CD]
Unfortunately, you need to re-install PSO2 as those files are not on the patch server:

You can see the CRC's in winrar if you like.
Did anyone try my launcher for the update btw? I have noticed that I forgot to make a cleanup process after install and a few other things (too many warnings causing concern when it's not needed). These are fixed in the next version. You may want to check your data/win32/ folder for .bak files though as those were the old files which you can delete to save disk space. You probably noticed some lag on closing the application too as it was cleaning the temp folder, the cleanup process will stop that from happening too.
Other than that, it seems the launcher should be a total replacement for SEGA's after the next update and any bug fixes (if needed, which they probably will be knowing me).
