Test 1: Character creation

Please download the following executable and put it in your PSU installation directory to connect to the new server: PsuIlluminus.exe

No hosts file modification are needed anymore. For purely informative purposes, the new servers are identified as login.playegs.org and patch.playegs.org.

Purpose of this test:

Please try to create characters. See if any normal character creation triggers an error. See if any hacked character creation passes successfully (it shouldn't). Report any problem with the character creation.

No bug reports should be done for any other part of the game. A new account is created at every connection, so no character can be loaded past the initial creation.

Aha, well done. I couldn't create my usual GH434 anymore as a quick test.

Well, I'll edit this post later once I try other stuff. Everyone else, try doing all the NPC appearances and other wacky stuff.~

Also, everyone, please don't move to other areas other than the floors of Clyez City. Don't enter counters, don't move to other lobbies, don't move to other planets, don't move to My Room. Anything like that will crash the lobby and prevent people from getting online.

Guardians formal hack caused an infinite load. Standard character made it through (female beast)

Made a standard male CAST and male human. No issues, created both successfully.

No problems making a male beast. I'll get cheat engine up and running later to test that out.

The idea is to run tests one at a time when code reaches completion. This way we can mark this as completely working and move on to the next test. There's gonna be a bunch of tests before I publish the netcode on github.

Addendum:

Please confirm the following race/type combinations after creation:

Human: Acromaster (future Acro class)
Newman: Masterforce (future Force class)
CAST: Gunmaster (future Ranger class)
Beast: Fightmaster (future Hunter class)

The reason we are using those is that they have faster movement speed. The name will be changed to match the 4 classes we are going to have. It shouldn't be possible to create a character of another type than given above.

Confirmed human as acromaster, newman as masterforce, cast as gunmaster and beast as fighmaster through standard creation.

To add to that, changing class byte does nothing. Changing the race byte causes infinite loading to happen

Right now I seem to be getting infinite loading no matter what I create. No cheat engine instance running at all either, or anything like that. I don't remember this happening earlier. Is this something on my end maybe?
