They've started omitting the really interesting files from predownloads. Like the big icon sheet should be somewhere in the middle of this last predownload, but it's not there.
However! We now have the CO, matter board, and quest text. Not going to go through
all the CO stuff (effort), so a few minor highlights:
The new planet (Harukotan/Hulkotron (thanks Qwerty)) has an EQ.
ARKS GP with Dark Falz Loser.
Vopar TA quest.
The matters that want cutscenes only want "single party area" (so ARKS quests, or free field bosses).

A brief rundown:
General:
All stat ups now increase by level (stat up 1 gives 50, stat up 2 gives 75, stat up 3 gives 100). Tech highboost still gives 120.
All stances (except bouncer) are permanent/5 second cooldown.
Hunter:
Fury Stance: 125% striking->120%
Fury Combo: 1% per level (cap at 10%), no idea on max bonus.
Fury S Up 1/2: 1% per level, cap at 5%.
Iron Will: Caps at 5 seconds invincibility.
Guard Stance: 85%-100% outgoing damage multiplier (+5% at 10).
War Cry: 2-4x aggro (up from 1-2x)
War Brave: At level 5, +3%/+7 PP per monster, cap of +15%/+35 PP total.
All Flash Guards: Guaranteed activation, reduction rate varies by level (still max at 20% reduction).
Massive Hunter: Duration 25sec->45sec, cooldown 100sec->90sec.
Healing Guard: 5% of your max hp each just guard guarding.
Fighter:
All slayer skills: Now add T-ATK.
Deadline Slayer: 100->150 all attack stats.
Chase Advance: 140%->125%.
Adrenaline: 30 seconds (cap at level 1).
Brave Critical: 20%->25%.
Brave Stance: 120% front/80% rear -> 125% front/100% rear.
Limit Break: 25% HP multiplier (all levels), caps at +20% damage, 60 sec duration, 90 sec cooldown.
Tech Arts JA Bonus: +15% at cap.
Wise Critical: 20%->25%.
Wise Stance: 130% rear/80% front->135% rear/100% front
-->Note: FI gets obscenely high modifiers from all these things combined (207% from brave/tech arts/limit break, 298% if you add in chase somehow)
Ranger:
Gravity Bomb: 250% damage at level 5
Bind Bullet: Max level 10->5 (level 5 stats = old level 10 stats)
Mirage Shot: Max level 10->5 (level 5 stats = old level 10 stats)
Panic Shot: Max level 10->5 (level 5 stats = old level 10 stats)
Jellen Shot: 90% damage->85% damage
Stun Grenade: 100% activation rate, 15 second cooldown
Upper Trap: 20 second cooldown (what)
Upper T Custom: Max level 10->1 (135% at level 1)
Poison Trap: 20 second cooldown (also what)
Poison T Custom: Max level 10->1 (135% at level 1)
Weak Hit Advance 1/2: 125%->135%
Gunner:
Chain F Bonus: Coefficient of 4 (probably horribly wrong guess: cooldown - chain count * 4 on chain finish?)
Showtime: Aggro doubled (2x->4x).
High Time: Maximum damage multiplier 15%->20%
Stylish Roll JA Bonus: 200%->150%
Twice Chain: 2x chain

Force:
Freeze Ignition: Cooltime 60sec->30sec.
Photon Flare: Duration 30sec->45sec, Cooltime 120sec->100sec. HP reduction removed.
Photon Flare Afterburst: Max level 10->1 (still +100 T-ATK)
Techer:
Deband Toughness: +25% HP at 10.
Extend Assist: Level 10->level 1 (still 120 sec).
Wand Lovers: Duration infinite, striking 135%->140%
Shifta Critical: 15%->20%.
Shifta Strike: 110% damage multiplier.
Braver:
Attack Advance: 150% multiplier.
Average Stance: 110%->115%.
Average Stance Critical: 120%->125%.
Charge Shoot: 115% damage, 150% ... something ... speed.
Rapid Shoot Up 2: 100->150
Weak Stance: 130%->135%
Weak Stance Critical: 20%->25%
Bouncer: Not even going to try on a lot of these, no description makes the stats make no sense:
Elemental Stance: 30 minute duration(!), 120% damage to elemental weaknesses (yes, it's worse than Weak Stance).
Elemental Stance Up 1: 110% damage during Elemental Stance (for elemental weaknesses, presumably).
Elemental Stance Critical: 25% critrate for (see above).
Break Stance: 30 minute duration, 135% damage to breakable targets.
Break Stance Up 1: 110%
Break Stance Critical: 25% critrate
Critical Field: 30% critrate for 60 seconds (90 second cooldown)
Elemental PP Restorate Field: 3 PP per hit (may or may not include techs/PAs?) for 60 seconds (90 second cooldown)
Shifta Air Attack Boost: 105% (. . .)
Deband PP Restorate: 3 PP regen per attack
Just Reversal PP Recover: 20% of max PP per just reversal.
Heal Share: 20% something (who knows)
Heal Bonus: 115% heal rate (seems to function the same as Resta Advance).
Photon Blade Fever: 45 sec duration, 120 sec cooldown, 130% damage multiplier (gotta be more going on here)
Photon Blade Fever Up 1: 130% damage multiplier
Photon Blade Escape: 0.35 sec duration (when?)
Rapid Boost: 45 second duration, 120 second cooldown, 115% attackspeed, 85% charge time (techs and PAs)
Rapid Boost JA Bonus: 115% damage multiplier
Dual Blade Gear: 10 second duration, 1.1x PP regen, 1.1x ??? (maximum gear regeneration something?), up to 6 stacks.
To be honest, bouncer seems a bit... work-in-progress. It's hard to explain that massive
5% damage bonus on Shifta Air Attack Boost, or how Elemental Stance is the same as Weak Stance, but worse in every way.
