Game ruining. Get to the point where the game will launch (as in, complete the 179mb megapatch), then put those in your data\win32 directory to translate a bunch of stuff (couldn't find menus, forgot to do client orders).

It's an in-game option.
Select your character, then pick options and there's a chat filter option.

Just thought I'd sign up and say thanks to Agrajag for their good work on the translation patch. I posted it on our site as some of our players also have PSO2 beta, and gave you credits(actually Credits to psumods staff as I did not remember your entire name at 5-6 am).. but regardless, thanks.
