Detailed tutorial on how to mod spells (voice tutorial)

I agree with the guy to a point. While your spawning in the Technics you can alter it level then and there. Where the rarity is decided on weapons is the photon art's level. To confirm this but a new Newman's Foie technic in your storage, as it should be level 2 and not level 1. Of course I recommend finding the storage first so its less of a headache. It should be all zeros except on the item id and it's level which should be on the second row. Happy casting.
