Don't get your hopes up. You should be looking to the Monster Hunter community for this.

It was announced that there would be an international release, so it will be in English at some point.

I know and have worked with many of the people on the translation project and other things (e.g. the PSU Despair and Hope project, which I'm doing some work for right now). I'm 95% certain the answer will be no, which is why I say don't get your hopes up.

Keeping up with the PSO2 translation can be time-consuming enough for people with lives, jobs etc. etc. (and who may not even be interested in Monster Hunter). Not to mention that to translate an entirely different game will almost certainly require new tools to be custom-built for the extraction and replacement of text - and this was a huge delaying factor for the PSO2 translation patch as well. I don't think it's logistically feasible to expect a Monster Hunter translation from this community.

The reason I tell you to look to Monster Hunter's own community is because of their successful fan-translation of Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G (and possibly other stuff I'm not aware of? I don't play Monster Hunter myself). It may be that people there will work on it, unless the international release makes one redundant.
